FridaaBeautyBar will implement new policies to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. Accepted payment methods will now include card on file, tap and pay, or exact cash only; Zelle and Apple Pay will no longer be accepted. For pre-booked appointments, a $20 deposit will be charged at the start of the month using the card on file. If the payment fails, a reminder will be sent, and failure to respond within 24 hours of the appointment will result in cancellation and a $10 rebooking fee. Rescheduling is considered canceling, so please notify at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Deposits are non refundable . However , appointments that are rescheduled before the 24-hour window will keep their deposit to the new booking if they scheduled a new date and time with the wax specialist within 24hrs .If you no show a 20% fee will be charged on card on file, failure of the card not going through will get you banned for future booking.
