CANCELLATION POLICY

FridaaBeautyBar will implement new policies to streamline operations and enhance the client experience. Accepted payment methods will now include card on file, tap and pay, or exact cash only; Zelle and Apple Pay will no longer be accepted. For pre-booked appointments, a $20 deposit will be charged at the start of the month using the card on file. If the payment fails, a reminder will be sent, and failure to respond within 24 hours of the appointment will result in cancellation and a $10 rebooking fee. Rescheduling is considered canceling, so please notify at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Deposits are non refundable . However , appointments that are rescheduled before the 24-hour window will keep their deposit to the new booking if they scheduled a new date and time with the wax specialist within 24hrs .If you no show a 20% fee will be charged on card on file, failure of the card not going through will get you banned for future booking. By booking and placing a deposit, clients agree to these policies. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we grow together!
